Job Duties:
- Oversee subcontractors.
- Review and become familiar with the schedule and budget. Coordinate schedule from foundation to completion.
- Meet deadlines
- Enforce safety procedures.
- Report issues to appropriate person.
- Attend production meetings.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience running commercial jobs
- Proficient with computers and software such as PlanGrid and/or Procore, Excel, etc.
- Must be able to read blueprints/drawings
- Excellent communication skills
