Job Summary
The Site Leader protects the interests and profitability of the company by effectively
managing people, processes, expenses, labor, equipment, guest relationships, and
daily operations. The Site Leader provides direction, accountability, training, and
support to Assistant Site Leaders, Shift Leaders, Site Specialists, and Team Members
while developing future leaders within the organization.
Position Responsibilities
• Protect the interests of the company and profitability; grow the business
• Ensure that all company policies are maintained, current and up to date
• Monitor Dashboard/ manager app and delegate where needed
• Able to manage opening, mid, and closing shifts on a weekly basis
• Lead weekly meetings with Assistant Site Leaders that include a review of weekly issues, such as scheduled events, service changes, maintenance issues, staff issues, promotions, etc.
• Provide specialized leadership, training, and support to every Assistant Site Leader, Shift Leader, Site Specialist, and Team Member.
• Communicate daily with every Assistant Site Leader either in person, by phone, or Teams.
• Accurately track and handle invoices for payment and record invoices in the Management App.
• Ensure that all personnel-related paperwork is kept locked, current, and compliant
• Professionally interview and hire the best candidates
• Ensure that the work schedule is properly made (for a 3-week period) and appropriate for projected sales, to ensure that you are hitting your labor budget.
• Keep team members on task with clear, written, and measurable goals
• Properly handle disciplinary and human resources issues.
• Work with each team member to identify and develop Shift Leaders for future consideration as Site Leaders
• Performance evaluations for all team members on site.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained business operation.
• Create and complete a monthly site inspection form.
• Investigate and handle all guest-related complaints, issues, and insure top-notch guest service in all operations.
• Perform all POS and computer related systems tasks
• Drive for Top Level KPI’s within the franchise community
• Be an Ambassador for our Unlimited Club
• Hold Site to Franchise Standard of Operations Guide
• Take the leading role as the “face of the company.”
• Any additional tasks that pertain to benefitting the company and taking care of the guests.
• Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Training Responsibilities
• Train new team members and franchisees on Flight Deck 1, Flight Deck 2, Loader, Wash Tech, and Vacuum Concierge hourly positions.
• Lead new team members and franchisees through the PAC book.
• Instruct new team members on awareness and safety procedures.
• Train Assistant Site Leader and franchisee’s on the following items
o How to run a shift.
o How to make a schedule
o How to handle and warranty request report
o How to handle issues with team members and write ups.
• Teach Assistant Site Leader Shift Leader and franchisee’s how to make and manage hourly position board.
Position Qualifications
• 2-4 Years Managerial Experience
• 2 Years Training Experience
• Proven experience in a successful guest service role
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
• High school diploma or GED.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work. The job works 5 to 7 days a week on site and works 45-55 hours per week.
Physical Demands
This job operates in a retail car wash environment. Operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm but may operate outside of standard hours due to maintenance and events. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work, with potential travel to assist other TXO locations.
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:
· Work and commute in all weather conditions
· Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
· Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
· Work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking
· Move about inside the office to access standard office equipment
· Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as keyboard, copy machine and printer
· Remain in a stationary position 50%+ of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
· Drive between company locations and/or vendors or suppliers as needed while on job
· Frequently stand and move about inside fast-paced car wash environment
· Work with heavy and technical equipment, lift 50 - 70 lbs, go up heights on ladder
· Tolerate vibrating tools and louder than normal work environment at times
· Frequently stand and walk for the majority of each shift
· Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
