Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Manage plant budget, control operational costs, and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and R&D to align plant operations with overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget control, and cost reduction within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations.
