Digital Traffic Coordinator — PT or FT may be considered
Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid) or Remote (must work U.S. Eastern hours)
Role Summary
Own day-to-day digital execution and client updates across multiple accounts. Full-time hires will also provide assistant-PM support to keep projects on schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Paid Media: Build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (audiences, targeting, budgets, pacing, QA).
- Copy & Content: Write concise ad copy, metadata, short blog updates; review landing pages for clarity and conversion.
- SEO & Local: Perform keyword research; implement on-page updates and meta tags; manage Google Business Profile and Local SEO tasks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to track results and deliver clear performance summaries with next steps.
- Client Interaction: Join meetings, capture notes, define action items, and follow through.
- Account Operations: Organize work across ~15–20 accounts; maintain reporting and invoicing trackers.
- (FT Only) Assistant PM: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and assets; run checklists and QC; post concise status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years digital marketing experience (agency or in-house), ideally with lead-gen clients.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads from setup through optimization.
- Strong short-form copywriting (ads, metadata, client summaries).
- Working knowledge of SEO and Local SEO/GBP.
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM/email tools (audiences, workflows, campaigns).
- Proven organization across multiple concurrent accounts.
- Clear verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical topics into plain language.
Preferred
- Experience with accessibility QA and basic CMS/content tagging.
