Jr. Facility Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Assist experienced maintenance technician with a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
- Help install, maintain, and repair manufacturing mechanical systems and equipment under supervision, including CNC machines, paint ovens, and paint booths
- Support the upkeep and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as general building maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work complies with safety standards
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner to support facility operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Technical training or coursework in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor control
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical fundamentals
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
