Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage caregiver assignments based on client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and staff schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
- Participate in office administration tasks as needed
- Be available for on-call duties as required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Hands-on care experience in the home care industry is required
