Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and monitor quality standards for incoming materials and components.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Strong command of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Demonstrated proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Certified Lead Auditor for relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Experience managing supplier quality programs and audits
- Prior experience in a manufacturing engineering or process improvement role
