ResponsibilitiesOn a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Plan and execute event strategy
- Define and deliver a US event program aligned with business priorities (AI, Neo Cloud, enterprise and service provider segments)
- Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars
Drive demand generation through events
- Design event experiences and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales to align on target accounts, objectives, and post-event follow-up
Create memorable customer and prospect experiences
- Design and execute event programs that engage customers and prospects in the AI space, building brand affinity and driving marketing-sourced demand
- Partner with creative, content, and product marketing teams to ensure event experiences reflect and reinforce core messaging and value propositions
Manage event logistics and operations
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Amplify events through digital and social channels
- Partner with social and digital marketing teams to plan promotion before, during, and after events
- Maximize reach, engagement, and attendance through digital channels
Collaborate cross-functionally
- Partner with product marketing, technical experts, regional marketing teams, and external partners
- Ensure alignment between event experiences and product priorities
Measure and optimize performance
- Track event KPIs including attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Use insights and data to continuously improve event strategy and execution
Most important: You understand how events drive business impact
- You bring strong experience in event marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B technology
- You are a highly organized project manager who can manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- You have a strong marketing foundation, including campaigns, messaging, and digital channels (email, social)
- You are a strong communicator, able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling event experiences in partnership with content and creative teams
- You have a collaborative mindset, working effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams
- You are data-driven, with the ability to measure performance and optimize ROI
- You are a self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in networking, cloud, security, or AI infrastructure markets
- Familiarity with service providers, enterprise IT, or data center ecosystems
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles
