1st shift MIG Welder needed in Litchfield, MI. Will be welding metal components together using MIG welding equipment to fabricate or repair products.

Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6am-3:30pm and Friday 6am-10am (possible 2:30pm)
• Weld to the specifications called out from print.
• Maintain or excel at the speed of an existing production weld line.
• Weld an accurate rendering of a customer’s part from print.
• Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
• Maintain welder equipment, set up welding machine, changing tips and or nozzles, as necessary.
• Changing wire for welding needs.
• Perform tuning on heat and or wire as needed.

Welder Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ Production MIG Welding experience
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manufacturing methodology.
• Must have own weld hood and steel toes.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
