Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications and quality control standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the production floor.
• Identify and resolve production issues, striving for continuous process improvement and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including employee development and performance oversight.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience in cross-functional project leadership or participation
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce
