In this role, you'll work 7.25 hours per day, five days a week, from August 13, 2026, through June 4, 2027. Your focus will be on partnering with dedicated teachers to facilitate an inclusive, positive learning environment that encourages every student to thrive. You'll provide direct and indirect support to students, helping them achieve daily educational and behavioral goals while nurturing their growth and independence.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Previous experience working with special education students is required
• Demonstrated ability to support a diverse K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist special education teachers in classroom management and instruction
• Offer individualized or small group support to students based on their IEPs
• Document student progress and communicate observations as needed
• Create and adapt materials to enhance student access to curriculum
• Support students with daily tasks and social integration
