General Manager

This role is about ownership. You'll lead your restaurant as if it were your own—developing people, driving financial performance, protecting the guest experience, and building a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Own:

• Ensure every new team member receives exceptional training and is set up for long-term success.
• Create a workplace where people are challenged, supported, and excited to grow.

• Own every aspect of the guest experience and ensure hospitality standards are executed consistently.
• Be present on the floor during peak business and actively lead service.
• Create systems that anticipate guest needs, recover service opportunities, and build lasting loyalty.

• Own the restaurant's financial health, including sales growth, labor, cost of goods, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Build plans to achieve budgeted results and hold your leadership team accountable for execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

• Ensure systems, standards, and procedures are executed consistently across every shift.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, food safety, and facility standards.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, maintenance, cash controls, and operational compliance.
• Create structure that allows the business to perform consistently, even in fast-changing environments.

• Partner closely with Human Resources to ensure policies, performance management, and employee relations are handled with professionalism and integrity.
• Own scheduling, payroll accuracy, labor management, performance reviews, and compliance.
• Ensure operational systems, reporting, and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

• Your team is engaged, developed, and proud to work in your restaurant.
• Guests consistently receive exceptional hospitality and choose to return.

• Standards are maintained whether you're in the building or not.

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume restaurants.
• A proven leader who develops people, builds strong teams, and creates accountability.
• Hospitality is who you are—not just what you do.
• Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and leading through change.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives without sacrificing standards.
• Financially curious and operationally disciplined.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever the business needs.
• Experience with new restaurant openings is strongly preferred.
• Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 is a plus.
