NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Manager in Fenton. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead a dynamic team in the fast-paced restaurant industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and driving operational excellence.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability. You will work closely with staff to implement best practices, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of service. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and contributing to our strategic goals. The role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus an enticing bonus potential of up to $15,000.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to enhance profitability
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
  • Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to boost sales
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment for guests
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the restaurant remains competitive

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
