A/R Front Desk Administrator - Garden City Dental
We’re hiring an A/R Front Desk Administrator!

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with sufficient stock of office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance.
- Proficiency in billing and posting EFT/Check payments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Familiarity with dental office software preferred but not required.
