We are hiring a Customer Service Manager to join our team!

Looking for someone with a passion for serving customers and managing a team of customer service representatives, dispatchers, and coordinators to hit goals and provide excellent customer service!

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Compensation: $75,000 Salary

Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee daily activities of the customer service department
  • Supervising and motivating our team of customer service representatives, coordinators and dispatchers
  • Taking and directing calls
  • Tracking KPI's
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers
  • Focus on creating a positive customer experience
  • Active part of the hiring process, performance improvement and training
  • Holding regularly scheduled customer service meetings and participating in cross departmental, daily huddle and leadership meetings
  • Daily use of Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM
  • Some basic accounting and use of QuickBooks

Qualifications / Skills

  • 3 + years in a management position
  • Experience as a team lead
  • 2 + years of customer service experience
  • Ability to supervise and train others
  • Basic accounting experience; AR & AP
  • CRM / ERP Customer Database management experience
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • QuickBooks experience desired
  • Excellent communication & follow up skills
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
