Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist provides patient-centered evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life. Senior OTs serve as department leaders, providing mentorship, clinical expertise, and advanced practice within their specialty areas.
Qualifications
- Active State of Michigan Occupational Therapist License (required)
- Passing score on the NBCOT Exam (required)
- Senior OT Requirements (one of the following):
- 4+ years of OT experience
- Lead or charge OT experience
Prior experience within a specialty department (e.g., spinal cord, neuro, trauma, pediatrics, ortho, acute care, pelvic floor, etc.)
