Front of House Manager / Floor Leader

$95K-$115K+ Total Compensation
Roosevelts is a fast-growing, high-volume restaurant in Jackson, WY, and we are looking for a strong Front of House Manager / Floor Leader to lead dinner service and help take the restaurant to the next level.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a tight, high-performing floor.
The Role
You will be the primary leader during dinner service, responsible for:
- Running the floor nightly (typically 1:30pm - close)
- Leading and developing the front-of-house team
- Delivering a high-level guest experience
- Managing service flow, staffing, and execution
- Handling guest issues and maintaining standards
- Supporting hiring, training, and team development

- Ability to confidently run a busy service

Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
- Performance Bonus: $15,000 - $25,000+
- Total Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000+

Schedule:
