Job Title: Collections Officer
Reports To: Collections Manager
FLSA Status: non-exempt
Department: Collections
Summary: Responsible for contacting accounts which are past due/overdrawn, workout solutions to bring and keep accounts current. This position also involves cross over work as a loan officer: writing applications, approving loans, closing loans.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Call on past due accounts with the purpose of clearing a delinquency.
- Record results of contact.
- Communicate effectively with membership and management/coworkers via telephone, email, and mail.
- Perform Loan Officer duties when needed such as taking applications, approving and closing loans.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay:
Starting at $24.00 an hour, negotiable based on experience.
