Warehouse Worker 18.77 Taylor
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the warehouse, primarily focusing on the receiving side. This position involves inspecting incoming goods and managing all receiving and processing functions. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a well-organized inventory system, ensuring the smooth transfer of stock to correct locations, and managing the scheduling and processing of orders.
Responsibilities- Read and understand packing slips.
- Unload trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Systematically transfer stock to the correct location.
- Check for damages, shortages, or incorrect items and report discrepancies to inventory and procurement teams.
- Properly label, organize, and store received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Schedule spare part orders in the UPS online portal.
- Process spare part orders in the ERP system.
- Label and organize packages accurately.
- Coordinate with production personnel to assure order completion and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and regulate spare parts inventory, both physically and systematically.
- Experience using the UPS online portal and setting up packages for shipping and receiving.
- Proficiency in data entry, including manually entering data from packing slips into the ERP system and using Excel.
- Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading (BOL), and inventory stock sheets to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift, including bending, twisting, and squatting.
- Wearing steel-toed boots or shoes is required.
- Experience with FedEx/UPS website.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse. The work environment is quiet and team-oriented, promoting a friendly atmosphere. Employees are cross-trained in various areas of the warehouse, including parcels, inbound, outbound, and production support. Steel-toed boots or shoes are required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.77 - $18.77/hr.
