Key Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative operations and office services for the manufacturing site.
• Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Support HR functions including new hire onboarding, record keeping, and employee relations.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance within the office area.
• Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
• Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support for production scheduling and logistics documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or senior administrative role
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with basic accounting, budgeting, or expense tracking
