Salary Range: $57,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative operations and office services for the manufacturing site.
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding, record keeping, and employee relations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance within the office area.
- Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for production scheduling and logistics documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or senior administrative role
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with basic accounting, budgeting, or expense tracking
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and record-keeping.
- Previous administrative support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management or procurement software.
