Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations and personnel.
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are consistently met.
• Maintain high product quality standards and enforce adherence to specifications.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly technicians and operators.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the assembly floor.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated experience with automation, robotics, or advanced assembly technologies.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills for assembly equipment.
