🌟 Now Hiring: Member Service Center Representative

📍 Location: 27000 Evergreen Rd, Lathrup Village, MI 48076

💵 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

🕒 Schedule Details:

Training Period:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Duration: 3 months

Post-Training Schedule:

• Shift between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (8-hour shift based on client needs)
• 5 working days per week
• One weekend day per month required
• Days off will vary and may not be consecutive

As a Member Service Center Representative, you’ll be the voice of our brand, delivering five-star service and building lasting relationships with our members. We’re not just a workplace—we’re a family. And we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle 80–100 calls daily, addressing inquiries and solving problems
• Provide information on banking products: checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit
• Document member interactions thoroughly and efficiently
• Resolve account issues and recommend financial solutions
• Process loan payments and accounting transactions
• Deliver exceptional service with a positive, confident attitude
• Guide members through online banking and other digital tools
• Take loan applications and follow through on member requests

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or call centers preferred
• Financial institution experience is a plus
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
