We're Looking for Someone With
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Proven leadership and supervisory experience in operational team development.
+ Hands-on experience driving continuous improvement projects.
+ Knowledge of safety and quality program management.
+ Technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $72,600 - $95,340, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
