Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier performance and cost-efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve best value.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality or production timelines.
• Evaluate, select, and develop strong relationships with a diverse supplier base.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with global sourcing and international logistics management.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for spend analysis.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP system implementation or optimization projects.
