Foreman - Construction & Demolition
Rapidly growing demolition and junk removal company is seeking an experienced Foreman for a full-time position. We are looking for a motivated leader who can manage crews, communicate effectively, and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Previous construction and demolition experience required
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Valid driver’s license required
* CDL preferred but not required
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Ability to think quickly and adapt on the job
* Excellent communication and team management skills
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in fast-paced environments
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Experience driving trailers or equipment is a plus
