Join a patient-centered, high-demand cardiology practice in scenic Northwest Wyoming. This is a predominantly outpatient opportunity with minimal call responsibilities and the option for a flexible schedule, including 7-on/7-off, part-time, or full-time. The incoming physician will enjoy a high level of autonomy, consistent diagnostic volume, and a clinic that is already seeing patient demand outpace capacity. You’ll share a modern suite with another cardiologist while maintaining your own patient panel and schedule. With a full patient base waiting, generous compensation, and room to grow, this is an ideal role for a general cardiologist ready to practice at their own pace.

Position Highlights:

• 90–98% outpatient cardiology with minimal hospital consults
• Flexible scheduling: 3-5 days/week, part-time, or 7-on/7-off welcome
• No night or weekend call | Clinic open Monday–Friday, 8–5
• Average 12–18 patients/day depending on acuity and case mix
• On-site reads: EKG, stress, echo | Outreach in nearby towns
• Shared suite with another cardiologist (independent practice styles)
• Full autonomy with dedicated clinical support staff
• Total earning potential: Up to $650K annually
