Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy and patient care per physician orders, hospital policies, and departmental standards of care.
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures.
- Evaluate patient response to respiratory therapy and take appropriate corrective action.
- Provide education to patients and staff regarding respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions.
- Perform routine maintenance and service checks on respiratory equipment.
- Maintain records, reports, and other documentation related to the work.

Requirements
- Active Michigan license (state license required)
- NBRC registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of RRT experience (required)
- Ventilator, BiPAP, ICU, ER, and ABG trained therapist (required)
- ACLS (preferred)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting; on-call and weekend rotation
