Home Based Clinical Therapist - Remote

We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic Home-Based Clinical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound impact by providing essential mental health services directly within the community.

What You'll Do:

Empower Families: Assess family needs and develop personalized treatment plans to guide them toward their goals.
Provide Compassionate Care: Implement interventions that foster positive change and progress for youth and families.
Facilitate Healing: Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions in clients' homes, adhering to professional standards.
Collaborate & Advocate: Work closely with community agencies, juvenile justice systems, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Manage Cases Effectively: Utilize caseload management systems and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Document & Report: Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to track client progress.
Provide Crisis Intervention: Offer support and guidance during challenging times.
What You'll Bring:

A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations.
Previous experience working with juvenile justice youth is a plus.
Valid clinical license.
Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, as you'll be conducting home visits.
The ability to travel within the Detroit, MI area.
The ability to relocate to Detroit, MI 48202 before starting work.
