Your impact

1. Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs that keep equipment running at peak capability.
2. Author, revise, and optimize CNC programs to meet production specs and throughput targets.
3. Run inspections and tests to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Document maintenance activities thoroughly and maintain clear machine performance records.
5. Collaborate with production to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
6. Coach peers on programming and maintenance best practices to elevate team capability.
7. Continuously research and adopt advances in CNC technology, tooling, and methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in CNC programming/maintenance preferred.
• Proven background in CNC programming and machine maintenance; experience with aluminum castings and high-volume production is preferred.
• Proficiency with CNC tooling and programming languages (G-code, M-code).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Sharp diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and strong teamwork/communication.
• Comfort working flexible hours as needed.
