As a Director, HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key member of the HR Business Partner team, leading the people strategy and HR delivery for an organization within Ford You will partner across the HR function to drive scalable HR programs and talent initiatives, deliver value-added support to an organization’s leadership team, and translate business objectives into effective execution across the organization.

Our Director, HR Business Partner may support a team within any of the following organizations:

• Electric Vehicles (EVs), Digital, and Design – including product development, software engineering, digital, and studio design
• Industrial System – including product development, vehicle hardware engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Corporate Capabilities – including finance, enterprise technology, HR, and other corporate functions
• Go-to-Market – including global businesses such as Ford Blue, Ford Model e, Ford Pro, Ford Credit, and Integrated Services
