Mountain View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Ward Clerk to join our team at Oak Haven Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring that everyone is greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Shift: PRN

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients, residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
3. Provide facility tours as needed.
4. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
5. Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scheduling appointments.
6. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
7. Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and other front-desk responsibilities.
8. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

1. Prior receptionist or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in using office software and telephone systems.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. A genuine commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all.
