Then a Service Advisor position with Allen Chevrolet Cadillac may be a perfect fit for you! Our Service Advisors are the voice and the face of our dealership. They also are the vital link between our customers and our technicians - keeping our customers informed and their service timely. Automotive, phone or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Service Advisors can expect to make between $40k - $100k per year including salary + commissions.

What We Require for this Role:
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, call center environment
- Great phone voice and etiquette
- Strong computer skills and data entry efficiency
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and enter customers' list of needs.
- Continuously communicate with customers throughout the service process.
- Contact extended warranty companies for authorization for repairs.
- Utilized knowledge of General Motors' warranty to determine accurate coverage levels.
- Partner with technicians to understand estimated time frames for repairs.
- Bill out repair orders utilizing CDK system.
