- Scheduling service appointments, obtaining vehicle information, and writing up customers vehicle concerns accurately and clearly on repair order.
- Referring to vehicle service history and inspections to recommend additional needed service.
- Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, explaining cost and time requirements in detail.
- Checking on progress of vehicle repairs throughout the day, maintaining contact with customers regarding any changes in the cost estimate or promised time, and obtaining proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Looking up and sourcing needed parts.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex topics in simple, easy to understand terms
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills with willingness to go the extra mile
- Prior experience in automotive aftermarket or vehicle service management a definite plus.
