Position: Sales Manager

We are a fast-growing exterior remodeling company expanding aggressively. We are looking for a proven Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performance sales team. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a leader who can recruit strong closers, develop talent, and help scale revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of in-home sales representatives
• Train sales reps on closing techniques, objections, and financing
• Track KPIs daily (set rate, close rate, average ticket)
• Run weekly sales meetings and field ride-alongs
• Drive accountability and performance
• Work with marketing on lead generation strategies
• Help scale revenue to multi-million-dollar annual targets

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in home improvement sales (roofing, windows, siding, doors, or exterior remodeling)
• 2+ years experience managing or mentoring sales teams
• Proven track record with verifiable sales numbers
• Strong management and training ability
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong understanding of financing options for home improvement projects

Compensation

• Base salary + team override
