Aliven is a senior care marketplace connecting independent caregivers with families in West Michigan. We are not an agency, and this is not a job application. You create a profile on the platform, and families find and book you directly.
How it works: You are your own boss. You set your hourly rate, your schedule, and your service area, and you choose the bookings you accept. Families come to you for non-medical companion care services, including in-home visits, overnight stays, and extended stay care, with the option of a short video call to meet you first. You work as an independent contractor (1099), and payments run securely through the platform. Free to join. You stay in control.
