Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join their growing team. As the first point of contact for the office, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for employees, customers, business partners, and visitors while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
- Assist customers and business partners with general inquiries.
- Maintain an organized reception area and office records.
- Perform data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to support daily operations.
- Assist with special projects and additional office responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
