Hardware Electronic Designer (Auburn Hills)

Akkodis is seeking a Hardware Electronic Designer for a Contract 12+ Months job with a client in Auburn Hills, MI.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $45/hour; on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Hardware Electronic Designer

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent program.
• Master's Degree is a Plus.
• Experienced in industrial or automotive Hardware Electronics design (preferred) area (TIER1...)
• Understanding of embedded electronics design constraints
• Familiar with system/component design, EE architecture topologies, and safety
• Solid understanding of system/component design. Solid Understanding of Analog and Digital analysis of circuits.
• Familiar with vehicle bus: ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS communication protocols and troubleshooting tools
• Familiar with EMI/EMC design, test, and troubleshooting

Desired Qualifications:

• Altium tool min 3-6 Yrs (or equivalent tool)
• Altium Schematic Capture (or equivalent tool).
• Altium PCB Layout review (or equivalent tool).
• High complex multilayer layout design
• PCB layer stack-up design.
