Job Description – Executive Assistant
Job Classification: Full-time/Hourly
Manager: President and/or Vice President
Job Responsibility Summary: Assist the President/Vice President to meet all internal and external expectations while improving the process.
Position Requirements:
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
· Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making.
· Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable self-reliable transportation.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as multi-task.
· Minimum 3-year experience in Administrative Office responsibilities.
· Must be well spoken and able to work with multiple departments to implement change.
· Must be organized and capable of retaining records as requested.
· Microsoft Office application experience necessary.
Job Duties Include, but not limited to:
· Assist the Vice President/President with various projects
• Prepare various PowerPoint presentations and special projects as assigned
• Make travel arrangements, Process expense reimbursements, Prepare check requests, PO, as needed.
• Reserve Conference rooms, set-up meetings as needed
• Update databases, binders, etc.as applicable.
· Research current Market for most accurate information to update President/Vice President as needed
· Verification of checklist records and result analysis.
· Familiar with Document Control and changes as necessary.
· Generation of reports for process monitoring and improvements.
· Internal auditing as required.
· Supplier auditing as required.
