Position Summary
Division of Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine Jacobs School of Medicine ( JSMBS ) and Biomedical Sciences University at Buffalo (UB) seeks a Geriatric BE/BC physician for a full-time position based at our suburban practice. The qualified candidate will be appointed at the Clinical Assistant/ Associate Professor level. The candidate will be responsible for the development and oversight of an ambulatory practice that provides comprehensive evaluation and care to a geriatric population. The candidate will provide direct care as well as supervise other members of the care team. This is a unique opportunity to build a state-of-the-art experience for the elderly in a community based multispecialty setting. Given the academic mission of the Division the candidate will oversee the educational experience of fellows residents and medical students assigned to the site. Minimum Qualifications
MD/DO BE/BC in Geriatric Medicine

Preferred Qualifications
BE/BC in Palliative Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
