Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for manufacturing infrastructure and critical equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, local codes).
• Manage facility budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures for upgrades and new projects.
• Lead and execute facility-related projects such as plant expansions, equipment installations, and renovations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors for maintenance, cleaning, security, and specialized services.
• Optimize utility consumption, energy efficiency, and waste management practices across the manufacturing plant.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) and safety protocols specific to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage facility projects, budgets, and external vendor relationships.
• Experience leading and developing a facilities maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in CAD software for facility layout and space planning.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and energy management initiatives.
