Essential Responsibilities:• Achieve or exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders across engineering, quality, purchasing, and leadership.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFQs, pricing discussions, and closing.
• Support customer product launches by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and provide updates to leadership.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to recommend strategic actions.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and analyze customer sales trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience with proven growth results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong time‑management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
