Hydroseed Foreman
- Leading, managing, and holding 1-3 employees accountable to complete hydroseed jobs according to design and assigned work orders.
- Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain a safe & clean job site.
- Train crew members for development of skills.
- Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends.
- Strong understanding of hydroseed equipment, materials, and application methods.
- Possess the ability to work in any weather condition and work all day in a long, physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- CDL required.
- 2+ years of experience in hydroseeding, landscaping, erosion control, or related field.
- Ability to read job plans and follow project specifications.
- Prior crew leadership for foreman-level experience.
Compensation for a Hydroseed Foreman
Pay: $26 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
