Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation, reliability, and security of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing processes.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and industrial control systems (ICS) connectivity.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect critical manufacturing data and production environments.
• Oversee IT support and helpdesk operations, providing timely resolution for manufacturing-specific software and hardware issues.
• Lead IT projects for system upgrades, new technology implementations (e.g., MES, ERP integration, IoT), and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align IT strategy and solutions with manufacturing objectives.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements specific to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise with manufacturing IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, Industrial IoT).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational technology (OT).
• Experience with IT/OT convergence and securing industrial control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles, IoT, or Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) within a production context.
