Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk)

This is not a typical front desk position.
We are looking for someone who understands that the first impression of a wellness centre matters deeply ---and takes pride in creating an environment that feels calm, clean, organized, and exceptional from the moment a client walks through the door.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in shaping their experience.

- front desk operations
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
Environment & Clinic Care
- Maintain a clean, organized, calm front desk
- Light housekeeping between professional cleanings
