Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales and Customer Service professional to join our growing team as an Account Manager . This role is focused on new business development, customer acquisition, and relationship cultivation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have a mechanical aptitude to understand and promote our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand and communicate Endura-Veyor's products, services, and market focus.
- Conduct industry research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Execute outreach via phone, email, and approved social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop market-driven strategies.
- Support product launches through proactive customer education.
- Gather and utilize customer feedback to improve service and product relevance.
- Maintain organized records and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial equipment (preferred).
- Business acumen and ability to identify market trends.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Apply mechanical aptitude to understand and explain product functionality.
- Translate customer needs into actionable sales strategies.
- Use data and feedback to refine outreach and engagement efforts.
- Maintain a positive attitude while navigating challenges and opportunities.
