Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at Arcadia Grove Apartments in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We offer competitive pay up to $23.00 an hourplus ALL RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS up to $75/renewal and $75/rental!
We have a 401k matching component, $45/month Blue Cross for yourself and we give yearly raises up to 5%!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles and assists with lease renewals
• Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
• Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
• Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
• Yardi experience is preferred
• Ability to pass a soft credit review

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• Up to $23.00 an hour

Schedule:Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Dayshift hours. One Saturday a month is required from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
