Remote Sr. Data Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead IT Data Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will take charge of designing and developing analytics solutions tailored for our pharmaceutical clients. You will play a crucial role in leading key initiatives while ensuring that project launches are supported effectively. This is a customer-facing position, allowing you to work collaboratively with Operations senior leadership. Accountabilities

• Build and maintain Tableau operational analytics dashboards.
• Manage all facets of supported analytics projects from new business award through launch.
• Build and mature business process, application, and data subject matter expertise.
• Manage supported analytics projects’ Tableau Server and SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
• Support Analytics team and leadership with SQL, Tableau, and general analytics best practices.
• Support pharma client engagements as needed, including some travel.
• Create and maintain excellent customer-facing relationships with Operations and clients.
• Present project status updates and team performance to Analytics leadership.
• Take full ownership of execution and performance of assigned analytics projects.

Requirements

• BS in a technical field; MS in a data-related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a highly technical role.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced to expert SQL skills.
• Advanced to expert dashboard design skills with 5+ years of experience using Tableau or similar tools.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in a customer-facing, consultative role.
• Preferred Machine Learning and Python experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Outstanding project management skills.
