Caregiver
Brightstar Care Of Sterling Heights
Are you a compassionate CNA/Caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact? BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide one-on-one support for a client amputee. If you have experience with using a Hoyer, personal care assistance, and a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
CNA/Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and report any changes in condition
CNA/Caregiver Requirements:
- Experience using a hoyer lift
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- MUST HAVE - 2 years of professional caregiver experience
- CPR certification (required)
- TB test negative (required)
- Reliable car / auto insurance
- Pass a drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
