Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Install, test, and commission new production equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including LOTO procedures, during maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proficiency with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
