Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities like FMEAs and control plans.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
- Proven experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
